Verlassan is a child on the Isle of the Lost. No one knows who her parents are or what Fairy Tale she originates from and they didn't care. She was just another face you saw on the street.
Before King Ben made his royal declaration, she was the nicest person on the Isle. At least, that's what all the kids were led to believe. The adults on the Isle are disgusted by her kindness, but they now not to say anything; not even Maleficent will question her. However, that doesn't mean she hasn't tried... but she, among others, learned a valuable lesson that day.
Guess who's kindness Evie remembers when putting that list together for Ben?

Once upon a time, in a kingdom known as Auradon, lived a young prince. He was one of the most kind and caring princes the kingdom ever had. He cared about everyone, even the ones no one thought were actually worth caring for. One day, the month before his coronation, he made his first proclamation. He wanted to give the children of the villains his father had abandoned to the isle of the lost, an equal chance in Auradon. And so he invited four villain kids to Auradon Prep. Mal, daughter of Maleficent; Jay, son of Jafar; Carlos, son of Cruella de Vil; and Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen. Most people thought they would be just like their parents; evil, vicious and cruel. But Ben was convinced that even those who were raised to be villains had a good heart. And he wasn't wrong about that. It came with some struggles, but they found their place in Auradon too. After his coronation he decided that more kids had to come over, as the first four proved that they could live just like other Auradoniens in the kingdom, amongst the other citizens. He didn't really know them well personally, but only heard good stories about them and that was proof enough for him. Hello! Yet another Disney Descendants story. This continues after the events of "I'm No Princess". After Bianca can't handle all the pressure of being the future Lady of the court and most of her troubles being her relationship with Ben, her and Mal escape back home to the Isle of the Lost. So to get them back, Evie, Jay, Carlos, and Ben go to the Isle in hopes of saving Bianca and Mal but they soon meet some trouble. When they get there, they find out that Uma, daughter of Ursula, is now the self proclaimed Queen. Then of all things, Ben is captured but Uma and her pirate crew. These VKs are going to go through a lot of trouble to make no new villains rise and over throw Auradon. A lot of fighting, a lot of singing and dancing, but what's not to love.
