Two ordinary teens were mutated against their will by a mutated scientist named Dr. Miasma. After one of them was mutated unsuccessfully, the other teen, Ivan, decided to murder Dr. Miasma. After escaping, they encounter two more teenagers, who began harassing them. The mutated teens decides to kill their closest friends, and attempts to kill them too.
