For months, Toronto has had an outrageous amount of murders. Within just 8 weeks, the body count had reached over 150. Only Julian Marin remains part of the original investigation crew after his best friend, Andrew Burgden was murdered, and fellow co-worker, Alice Storman went missing. After desperate times call for desperate measures, three new recruits are brought in, Toby Bastions and Split, and finally, the ruler of the afterlife, Feather. They don't know too much on who's doing the killings, all they truly know is that their cell numbers were always 57.
