They ask where he was but he doesn't think it would be quite a good idea to tell them, so, he asks Spain if they can have a sleep over every week. Little does Spain know, Prussia just wants to see Romano every night to get to know him secretly in a romantic-story way. Or does he? I don't own Hetalia or the cover photo. Also Spain has a different house so just go along with it. I suck at writing accents so no I am not putting in accents. You can just think of how it would sound with them.
