It's been months since Alisa and Setg'in'ka met. Months since Greg, Alex, and Kirk turned their backs against her and was killed. And months since Alisa almost died in Setg'in'ka's arms.

Everything was peaceful. Alisa and Setg'in'ka are now mates, which at times has made Setg'in'ka a bit protective of her.

But the peace was soon broken when an rescue team arrived at the jungle they were at, and took Alisa back to the city for questioning about the deaths of her comrades.

Especially when Setg'in'ka sneaked onto one of their helicopters and arrived at the city days later.

Now Alisa charged for the deaths of her comrades and is sentenced to death and Setg'in'ka loose in the city, will they be able to find each other in time, or will it be to late?

But what would happen if there is also another Yautja in the city who takes a liking towards Alisa?
