One day he gets a new neighbor, someone with a baby who cries nonstop. He can't have that. The paper-thin walls make it hard for his kids to sleep when that baby won't stop crying. Louis are very spontanious and after he found out that there's a Hotel in the north of Sweden that's completely made of ice, he booked a vacation.
