Paris O'Neil is April's little sister. She wasn't born yet when her father died in the fire. But she counts on her big sister to take of her. But when Paris is caught in the subway station with April and encounters with a life size human looking turtle, her life changes not for the worse but the better.
Leo realizes he shouldn't have shown himself to the little girl, but when a camera flash is lit and Raph tries to hurt her to get the truth, Leo stepped in. He does not know why but he knew that he's seen this girl before. When he was a kid.
