This is my first Fire Emblem fic, and it's sadly very short. It takes place near the middle of the game and is hence spoiler-free. Here, Robin and Anna are married and Anna has reclassed to a horse-riding unit of your choice.
No warnings apply besides the fact that I don't know heck-all about horses. Don't be confused, this can absolutely be read as an x-reader fic.

Victory at threshold came at great cost for Sylvana. Wounds that struggle to heal, magic that may never really return and parts of herself she may never get back. Many of the Crusaders have sworn fealty, not to their queen, but to the Commander that helped lead them to victory. The Royal Capital can sense change in the air and not everyone is too happy about what that might mean... Secrets get revealed, love is tested, trusts get broken and loyalties are divided as they begin this new era of peace without demons. Warning! I have changed some lore surrounding Galfrey and in this fic the gods are known to intervene slightly more than implied in the game. You can also find my fanfic on AO3.
