This is my place to get my thoughts out. Potential trigger warnings for anxiety, disordered eating, and negative self thoughts/images. I have not been officially diagnosed with anything, only pre-diagnosed with some kind of an anxiety disorder. This will be a mess of thoughts and rants. Maybe some calorie and/or weight information.

1st Place Award in Christian Writing Contests 6/2020. After being anorexic and bulimic as a teenager, I saw the light. Later on I became a certified fitness trainer.
