By definition a leftover is something that is left unused of unconsumed, in many cases food; but it also means an anachronistic survival (also known as vestige). Minnie definitely feels vestige (like a part that is underdeveloped in comparison to one more fully developed) when it comes to the mere mention of her twin brother. Growing up, her Disney adoring parents always made sure Minnie knew that Mickey was better; even after he is gone. Minnie has what everyone is calling "the accident of the year" and ends up in Navos Mental Health and Wellness Center. During her stay, she will have to relearn how to build and hold friendship, trust, and stability with a little bit of trouble on the side.
