I walked up the stairs and heard them cry out in warning as I shift my weight from foot to foot going higher and higher to my doom. I reached the top and fought off the disire to turn around and go back the way I came from and headed to my moms room. I heard something shuffling around and slowly pushed the door open, the hinges cried out as the door reveald my mom tied and gagged to a chair.

I closed my eyes ready for my death when I heard a very loud and dangerous growl, I swear I felt the ground under me shook by it. I opened my eyes quickly to see what it is, but I couldn't believe my eyes, I just couldn't. even in this state, me crying mess, in pain, this was just like a dream. H-how is that possible? How can there be a Lycan right in front of me? They exist only in fantasy.
