Stefan's heroic sacrifice has let all and everyone be at peace in Mystic Falls; Elena still honours him like the first day they met was only yesterday, but she and Damon parted when they both realised that in their time apart, they were better off that way, anyway. 

With the Originals scattered and Hope now fitting in well at the Salvatore's boarding school, everything is as it should be, except there's still something that's missing, and no one is sure of what it is. 

Starting with Elena getting used to her newfound job and relationships she's built with all of her peers and Klaus Mikaelson's daughter, Elena soon realises that the end was only just the 'prologue' to a whole new beginning.All Rights Reserved
