The foster girl

Lucy Montez was put into foster care at age 10. She has gone home to home, but has yet to find a forever home. It's had been 6 years since her parents abandoned her. Her current foster home is a wreck. Her foster mom always goes out in the morning and comes back at night slurring her words and walking like she hit the floor at any second. Their other 2 children absolutely hate Lucy. When she first moved there they were very nice to Lucy, but they eventually got into drugs. Her foster father is the worst. He goes out sells drugs, buys drugs, comes home drunk and on different drugs everyday. This family wasn't always like this. This started when then the foster mom's parents died. The foster dad was very close to her family. This is what caused all of out-of-control behavior. Lucy is fed up with the way she is living. She decides to run away and along the way she meets the Gallagher family.
