Second Chances

Brianna Hale was a 19 year old prostitute. She had been on the streets since she was 16.

Brianna knew how dangerous the streets of New York City could be. She runs into some trouble one night and gets help from an unlikely source.

"Please stop. Let me go. I want to get out." She begged the man. He just continued to take her clothes off. She didn't want this, he was to rough. She knew she was in trouble and made one last ditch effort to get out of this car.

She screamed, and screamed, and screamed. Hoping someone would hear her.

Detective Jane Halstead worked for the sex crimes unit in New York. She never really had to work but she loved her job. Her mother had owned a multi million dollar company and had never been able to understand why Jane did what she did. When she died she had left all of her assets to Jane, including the company. Which was still growing strong.

These two meet in one of the worst ways. Can they overcome that? They are being hunted by a serial rapist. Jane has sworn to protect Brianna. No matter the cost. She wants to be able to give her a second chance.
