Amy decides to take him in and care for him, and they start to fall for each other. Shadow then decides to quit working for Eggman and his dirty work and stay with Amy. To real him back in, Eggman captures Amy and threatens to kill her if he doesn't fall through. 

Will Shadow give in to Eggman's demands, or will he risk it all and fall for true love? Stay tuned to find out!

This is just a theory, on what will happen next, since Tails and Sonic Pals didn't bring the love triangle for almost one year.
