Both, from different districts, they would never go out of there together. He can't have feelings for her since, he has an attachment to another girl from his same district .

Vivus Redis, a seventeen year old boy from district 13, is being reaped. Will he survive and see his best friend and family again? Or will he die a horrible death in the arena? And what's up with all these mockingjay symbols? "Why?!", yells Res as she enters the room. "I told you to not do that! I told you that over and over again!" Tears start rolling down her face again, washing away dust and dirt. I don't know what to say, it's like I don't have a voice anymore, so I just stand up and go to her.
