It all started when Paul's computer exploded. Of course that was very unfortunate for him, seeing as he doesn't really have money to repair it. Fortunately George happens to have a friend who can repair things. Fortunate is also that the friend happens to be very hot. Although Paul is not a queer, so why would it bother him? But heterosexuality is not a problem when it's George pulling the strings. -CONTINUED ON AO3: http://archiveofourown.org/series/490642

I'll Cry Instead
There was the mob, all reaching and grabbing at something on the ground. Several of them were screaming bloody murder (due to the excitement of the fallen Beatle or because they were being pushed and shoved was unknown). "Paul McCartney! It's him!" they shrieked in utter amazement as they ripped at his hair and his clothes.... The year is 1964, and The Beatles have made it big...maybe a little too big, for, everywhere they go, they're ambushed by fan girls. Usually, the lads from Liverpool are quicker than the crowd, but, one day, the fans happen to grab a hold of none other than The Beatles' bassist, Paul McCartney, effectively beating his body and mind to a pulp. This angst/hurt comfort story tells the tale of Paul McCartney, who has been scarred by the brutality of his attack, and his three friends, John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, who are trying their best to help Paul and his paranoid state of mind. Will the three friends help Paul? Or will they only make his situation worse? If so, will Paul go so far as to quit being a Beatle? Read "I'll Cry Instead" to find out! Blackbird // Mclennon
TRIGGER WARNING: contains child abuse, homophobic slurs, drug/alcohol use and NSFW content. ====================================== "Blackbird singing in the dead of night, take these broken wings and learn to fly. All your life you were only waiting for this moment to arise." Paul McCartney has been going to the same secondary school with the same group of students for the past 3 years. This being his last year in school, he wants to make it his very best. The only downfall is, he only has one friend, George Harrison. Which is fine, but it can get heartbreakingly lonely. The first day back, a boy by the name of John Lennon is in Paul's English class and, instantly, he makes Paul feel quite nervous. John was the personification of trouble. One day, John and Paul find eachother in an unexpected place and it changes both of their lives... in many more ways than one. If they want to have a romantic relationship, it'll have to stay a secret, especially if they want to make music together. It is illegal, after all. ====================================== - Completed - Ranked #1 in the Mclennon tag and #1 in Starrison - Angsty !Complete
He's Leaving Home
What if Paul left before The Beatles were even The Beatles? It's a modern AU where Paul's mother dies giving birth to Mike and Jim blames Mike for her death. Paul takes beatings from him (I don't actually think of Jim McCartney in this way at all) in order to keep him off Mike. Paul had just gotten in a relationship with John, but will Paul's mistake keep them apart or will they find each other again? Originally posted on AO3.Complete

In My Life
It's 1988. Paul McCartney is being interviewed for the David Frost show, about a rather controversial topic. Once home, he discovers the few simple questions stirred up a rather complicated element of his past. Disclaimer: No libel intended. I do not own the Beatles - just their records and some memorabilia. This story is fiction. Real life events are included, but I do not claim anything happened the way it's described in this fic. All of this was thought up by my over-active imagination. Warning: No explicit sex, but a lot of angst and one instance of violence. Should be suitable for teens and up. Read at your own discretion. A/N Please let me know what your opinion is. I enjoy a pat on the back, but I also value thoughtful criticism. Please just bear in mind that I'm a human being with feelings, so don't be too harsh. P.S. English is not my native language.Complete

Growing Up Beside You [John Lennon/Beatles Fanfiction]
1950s, Liverpool - Celia Pooley has always disliked her classmate, John Lennon. He's arrogant. Obnoxious. A loudmouth. A prankster beyond belief- and for five years, she's had to put up with every irritating part of him. When sixteen-year-old Celia and John find themselves forced into each other's company, they slowly become drawn to each other in a way that seems to confuse them both and slowly but surely, their affection for each other flourishes and their lives begin to change in a way neither of them expected. 'Growing Up Beside You' follows Celia and John's life through their rebellious and adventurous rock n roll teenage years, to the hardships of young adulthood where the decision to follow their head or heart takes its toll on love. What does fate have in store for John and Celia and will the two of them always have each other, or will something or someone stand in the way? A coming-of-age, romance story, following the journey of new friendships, sorrows, first loves and all the joys and complications that come with it. ** FYI: •This is a SLOW BURN story. •The other Beatle lads will eventually appear but it will be much later on in the timeline! ** Beatle focus: John Year: 1957 onwards Genre: Romance, Bildungsroman Warnings: Bad Language, violence, explicit adult situations, angst.
