Nicole is a college student living in a luxurious apartment with her older brother and his friend. Trey and his wife, Erica, are newlyweds. They recently moved into a new and luxurious apartment in order to start their new lives together. The happy couple discovers friendly neighbors next door. Nicole and her brother invite their new young neighbors to a night of fun. During this night, Trey and Nicole find themselves in a moment of attraction and lust.
