This book is the story of my life. Having shared a part of my story, I was constantly surprised at the number of requests which came to me from all parts of the country, asking that my experience, my life story, that everything about me is permanently preserved in book form. I am most grateful to those and wish to gratify these requests.

I have tried to tell a simple, straightforward story, with no attempt at embellishment. My regret is that what I have attempted to do has been done so imperfectly. The greater part of my time and strength is required for the work of Zagato Incorporation. Much of what I have said has been written in between business meetings, during vacations, or during long sleepless nights. Without the painstaking and generous assistance of Anderson Cledfield, I could not have succeeded to any satisfactory degree.

With that said, I do apologize in advance for any information in which you may not understand. I try my hardest to describe each and every one of my experiences. Which comes challenging, especially when it's late at night or halfway through four cocktails on a resort in the Bahamas. So, bear with me and remember there is explicit content.

Everyone tells Elliot to move on, but he isn't sure he can. ***** It's been a year since the love of Elliot's life, Allan, passed away. Everyone thinks he should have recovered after that much time, but Allan still haunts Elliot every night. He struggles to maintain relationships with his family, and despite a coworkers interest he can't summon up the courage to date. Elliot is living for the past, because to live for the present means he'll have to live with a hole in his heart. But the question Elliot has to face chases him through his monotonous days: is mourning Allan with everything he has truly living? [[word count: 40,000-50,000 words]]
