A training soldier named Voelko has worked diligently to get his first official mission. As worked as hard as he could he finally receives the honor of becoming a soldier, and his first mission: find a fighting companion. He stumbles across a young girl named, Heidyi, who challenges him to a duel as she must prove her worthiness. After she succeeds in this task, she proves the is more than ready to take on being the companion to Voelko, though their relationship is rather competitive and shallow, but will there feelings ever change throughout their journey together?
