In this war, many people have their reasons to fight. As for the Master Chief, other than to save humanity and protect Cortana, has another reason to keep fighting...and that reason has a name. Tess. Much like John, a.k.a Master Chief, Tess is a Spartan. But unlike Chief, Tess has became, known to the UNSC higher ranked, deceased and has been erased from the files..and only a select few know of their relationship. Though not having seen each other for nearly four years, Tess and John have become romantically involved and have to hid it..otherwise..their love, and their life, could be at stake.

Ajax-117
Brenda Atlason, a UNSC officer and adept genetic engineering researcher, makes a legendary connection to the one and only Dr. Katherine Halsey, the creator and developer of the Spartan Program. Using a genetic coding that Brenda herself wrote, the UNCS develops the very first Ajax companion... enhanced canine companions meant to be paired with Spartan soldiers, while simultaneously testing the super soldier's ability to form bonds. Are the Spartan's still human? Or they only machines now? No one really knows. But when Brenda is stationed and tasked to work with the infamous Spartan-117, her questions get answers. Unfortunately, her feelings may not be so lucky. Will Ajax be the only companion that Spartan-117 forms a bond with, or is he too tortured after the loss and betrayal of the only other companion he has ever known? Cortana. This takes place in the halo universe. Although the story plot is my own, I do not own nor have I created any of the characters from the Halo Universe or Franchise.
Spartan 118 (Halo Based)
When the Aliens, the Covenant, invaded, it seemed as if Mankind had no hope. Then the Spartans came to the rescue. These genetically modified super soldiers, originally meant to quell insurrectionist activity, now held the fate of their race in their hands. Many died for the cause, and many victories were won because of their intervention. Through all the dirt and blood, one rose above them all, Master Chief, or John 117. This ultimate Spartan II, paired with the special AI, or artificial intelligence, Cortana, led humanity to victory time and time again, escaping death more times than thought possible. However, after defeating the zombie-like Flood that threatened humanity and aliens alike, he disappeared without a trace. With hope at an all time low, and alien threats still on the horizon, something had to be done. This is the purpose of Steele, Spartan 118. Despite the process being banned after Spartan IIs, humanity is desperate, and so he's kidnapped, trained, and augmented the same as the original Spartan IIs by Dr. Catherine Halsey. The pressure is now on to replicate the Master Chief through him, and the road of Hero will not be easy. Secrets are kept from him, trust is broken, and hidden enemies threaten his life and those around him. However, Steele was chosen for a reason, and those who threaten the innocent better watch out.
