'Dead?'
In Japanese Buddhism , it is said that those who live as selfish and greedy individuals will be cursed in the afterlife, doomed to become a Jikininki, 食人鬼, (the tale of Muso Kokushi). Whilst these ghostly creatures typically lament their condition, what happens when one goes rogue?
Intertwined follows the story of 6 clans who come to find themselves plagued by an unusual, evil and deadly spirit. Will this cunning creature part its prey or has a different fate been written for the clan leaders and their people?
