He was the gasoline that raged her inner fire. He gave her life meaning but also made it a living hell. She burnt him with her flames, burning red flames he wasn't ready to extinguish. She was his saving grace but he couldn't see that. He could see her fading, turning into a shadow of who she used to be. A once bubbly and lively woman now somewhat of a shell laying empty on a sea shore. He wanted to be the one to fill the empty void but unfortunately he was the one who created the empty abyss in the first place. He made her what she became and he wanted to let her free but he needed her. More than she could ever imagine. He needed saving from his forbidden desires. Acts that will rock her soul like an earthquake when she comes to know. His actions and her patience will determine their future. Will their relationship crumble to the ground taking them with it or will they be able to save it all or will death do the saving for them. Read on to find out... ___________________________________________________________ I don't really know how to describe the book this is the best i could do so just give it a shot. :D This book involves lives which will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride. The characters are not perfect. The book is not edited yet but I'll do that when it's completed.

Dawud.

My stomach dropped the second we made eye contact. He had long and dark brown hair, which curled under the baseball cap he wore backward. The subtle curve of his nose was covered in light freckles with piercing green eyes and lush eyelashes to match. He was tall and thin, carrying a beauty I couldn't comprehend. I didn't even let my eyes trail down to what he was wearing. I lowered my gaze immediately, feeling my cheeks grow hot. I watched his feet shift awkwardly in those navy blue Vans. *** Jannah is a nineteen-year-old Muslim just trying to get by. Her life was a long routine consisting of school, work and keeping her mother happy. Every day was the same and she was content on being patient. That is, until she stumbled upon Dawud; an older and handsome employee at the local Islamic bookstore. A new chapter of her life unfolds, where the tests of faith, friendship and family push her to define what really matters. Will she succeed in her mission to be happy?
