Princess Anneliese is the second-born in the kingdom high atop the mountain. And as such, it is her right to the throne, for the system put in place states that to keep the royal-line from passing only from first-borns, the youngest child shall take the throne. But this leaves her elder sister Princess Katrina (oh dear gaahh why am I doing this at this point?) as a figure-head. A pretty face to kiss babies and wave at the common-folk.
