ROTTMNT × M! Depressed Reader
!STORY IS UNFINISHED AND WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATED! You and your friends go to an anime / comic / sci-fi convention, you meet the turtles, depression ensues. Kind of a vent fic, and pretty angsty. This will touch on some sensitive topics, there'll be trigger warnings at the beginning of each chapter. The main character will be a man and pronouns used will be he/him, also trans friendly with no direct descriptions of the mc's body. All of the turtles will be love interests and I'll try to write separate endings for all of them + some additional endings. So, I started writing this while I was hyperfixating on rottmnt and going through a rough time. Now I'm invested and pretty proud of what I wrote so I decided to upload it, can't promise regular uploads but I'll try to update as much as I can!Complete

I Liked Blue Better
[OLD] [NOT MEANT TO ROMANTICIZE DEPRESSION OR MENTAL ILLNESS. SIMPLY A TROPE.] Tom isn't your average teen. But then again, what makes a teen average? His family is broken, his mental health is slowly declining, and he's faced questioning his sexuality. Often left to sit in his bed on his phone most of the day, his reasons to live were slowly declining. Tom thought it was better this way. It was better to not disturb anyone, to wear the same clothes over and over, and to stay boring. All, of course, until Tom met him. Updates every Friday. Maybe more days if I'm not busy or I'm motivated to do so. ⚠️ TW ⚠️ -boyxboy (shouldn't be a warning smh) -suicidal thoughts -self harm (cutting, etc) -no smut, probably fluff though -throwing up I didn't take the photo in the cover. I only added the text. This story does have a happy ending, because I also realized how much of an impact reading angst stories without one has on me. I'm falling... Falling, helplessly and inevitably; completely at the mercy of the forces dragging me down. Having to trust in an entity's blind intentions and praying to God that they won't let me hit the ground. It's an incredible and horrifying feeling. A feeling that I live for.
