When Moriarty becomes a vampire, he and Sherlock are forced to study the supernatural. Molly is tired of being a push over, but her confidence is shattered, when after being bit by Moriarty, she finds out they share a psychic link. The government weaponizes power, so John agrees with Sherlock (even if he hates it) not to tell Mycroft about Moriarty's change.
