This disease slowly killed the gem off if they were to ever fall in love, since love was deemed as a distraction. Unless it was mutual, they would certainly shatter over time. She's never really had a friend and she's never felt attracted to anyone, until she meets Lapis Lazuli. Lapis Lazuli: A tall, tan bluenette life guard who's all over the place.
