When people reach 18 they stop aging until they meet their soul mate. Most people find theirs within the next two years, or even that, due to the ability we have to see everything that the person writes on their arm, on your own. I have just for one problem. My soulmate is a stubborn little jerk and claims he is a 'Important Part of a Federal Agency' and can't meet me. I've been 18 for 20 years. I'm kinda feed up. So I decided something. I will just find him myself.
