Sara Hold lives in the Big Apple. She has a big house all kinds of friends that love and support her. She has a good paying job.. well that is until she gets laid off and doesn't know what to do now.. while looking for a new job she finds an ad saying "NOW HIRING NURSES AT LONG SHELL ASYLUM" why not take it she thought? From that moment on when she steps onto that island she didn't know what she was getting into or involved in.....
