Elise Bunting knows all about the things that go bump in the night. Just because she knows, doesn't mean she cares. Considering she is descendant of one of the most notorious Hunters, Alistair Bunting - she knows she should really start paying attention and with her brother is missing after going after a clan of dark fae adds to that theory. Soon after his disappearance her father moves them to the city he was last seen in and while her parents look for him, Elise goes to enroll at a local college set on gaining a qualification to take her far away from her crazy family.
Instead she meets Logan, a Tracker. This chance meeting has her deciding to try and find out more about what happened to her sibling and Elise starts to understand what being a Hunter is all about.
