Hanahaki disease: an illness born from a one-sided love. The infected person coughs up flower petals, flowers, and blood; once flowers have infected your insides they will continue to grow on the outside of your body as well. The two ways to get rid of the disease is to get surgery, which can lead to loss of all emotion, or having the feelings of love returned. Junhui does indeed cough up the blue primrose petals from time to time, Joshua's favourite kind. They suddenly stop by the time he had started coughing up the individual petals of 3-4 Primroses. Junhui is happy, with himself and his beloved who seems inclined to stay by his side. One unfortunate night and they are back again. Way more vigilant in their stance this time.
