Cecelia is new to town just to start her last year of high school and has just laid eyes on the most handsome boy she has ever seen, and that's saying a lot seeing as Cecelia's motto is "Love em and leave em". She's not a slut, but she doesn't want to be tied down either. There's nothing wrong with playing the field is there? But as soon as she makes eye contact, her student tourist, Allie, shuts it down.
