In a dimension somewhere near our own, there is a world where the laws of nature are more fluid. Creatures of all shapes and sizes can learn to use magic to play with the fabric of reality, but in a particular area of the planet of Blench there is a tyrannical king that has snuffed out the light of magic in his kingdom through fear-mongering and harsh executions of those who dare practice it.
Our story begins with the dawn of a new age, and the band of odd characters who dare act against the crown.

This started as a one-off, but some recent motivation from my friends has led to a second chapter, and now a larger story. So, we'll see how this develops.

Sometimes the best knight is a damsel. In a world where women are seen as weak, defenceless creatures for men to protect and own, one orphan girl wants to be different. She dreams of being a knight. Slaying dragons, taking down armies with her father's sword. Only her foster parents don't agree with her views. On the night of her betrothal to a man over twice her age, the King's soldiers come to their tiny village, and in the chaotic aftermath she's left with a choice. Go back to life she knows and marry a man she despises. Or journey onward and risk death to earn the knighthood she dreams of. The road forward isn't a safe one for a girl travelling with only her foster brother as company. Magic lurks in dark places. Vengeance burrows deep in many equally dark hearts. Rebellion
I am a Rebel, they say. They're right. It all started when I was a young girl, my parents died in a fire, started by the King of our land. I was only 6 years of age, and I was left with a burn tracing up my arm and onto my collarbone. I was taken in by a woman I called 'Stepmother'. The King's actions caused my life, he's caused so much death. At least half the village has suffered because of him. I now fight against the King, and his daughter, I'm now a leader. There are so many others whom he has wronged. We used to be small group, but now we've grown in numbers. Millicent (though we call her Maleficent on accident) the Dragon Sorceress, Peter Pan the boy who can fly, Killian Hook the Pirate, Red Riding Hood the Wolf Slayer and Animal Tamer, Hansel and Gretel the Witch Hunters, Rumplestiltskin the Wizard, Blue the Fairy, Maethranal the Elven Queen, Jack the Giant Killer, Gothel the Witch, Merida the Archer, and Banshee, are the original people in our group who aren't dead. Gothel was being hunted by Hansel and Gretel at the time I met all three of them. Merida was adopted by Maethranal and trained as an Elven archer. Blue and Banshee are related by blood. Peter and Killian were enemies, but then banded together to stop Rumpelstiltskin, who later agreed to work with me. I love them like family, especially since my seven friends were killed. I miss them so much. They were my first friends, and helped me start this... rebel group. My husband contributed just as much as they did, and had the same fate. Eight people dead in one tiny little raid. I killed my stepmother, and use her riches to buy weapons for us all. We now hide in an abandoned castle in the middle of the dark forest, called 'The Red Tower', and is shrouded in fog and mist. Nobody would dare to look for us here because of all the dark creatures that guard the areas around. Red tames them all and converts them to our cause. 'Who am I?' you ask? "Long ago they're where six types of magic, Water, Fire, Nature, Shadow, Earth, Weather and Dark magic Wich is rarely given, the animals who wield this magic are called Sparks. Sparks live in a land called HollowLedgend and in Hollowledgend there are many towns and cities one named Nevershard, the one I use to live in. The queen lives in a castle in the center of HollowLedgend that is called Horn Castile. Every year there is a festival celebrating the six elements called Springfall Festival, everyone has to go there. In the towns and cities are schools but one school by the name of Phandome Academy sits a little ways near Horn Castile any one would be very lucky to get an invite from that school, and I just happen to be one of them." Flow was an ordinary Water Spark she had an ordinary family and life but all that changed when she got a invite to Phandome Academy, there she learns skills and makes friends, sooner a rumor starts going around about a quest, Flow goes on that quest dragging her friends along. Flow sooner realizes this is not a game and that she has to defeat a dragon in an icy dome with whispering songs and if she fails darkness will fall and almost every one will turn to dust.Complete
