The Flame Alchemist sees this in Edward one day in his office wanting to reach out and help but knows Ed keeps talk small with him let alone stand him. Can Roy help him get over his guilt and bad dreams? Can he get through to the small alchemist?

Roy assigned Ed to investigate into the murders, but while doing so Ed gets badly injured. Now, forced to live with Roy, will Ed find out who injured him and why or will it remain a mystery? Will Roy and the rest of the military find out who's been killing all these people or will the answers be lost in the dark? (Parental Roy/Ed, a little bit of Roy/Riza.)
