After two years of being arrested from causing chaotic damage, Felix Mardane is free and on the run from the government. Trying to find out what made him cause the chaos, Felix asks help from his childhood friend Eveline Stryder. As they soon find out one of Felix's relatives had the same power it is just too late when something worse than his power comes into the world.
