It was hard for me and my brother growing up. Always moving, always away from mom and dad. Dad was a greedy, deranged lunatic in and out of asylums and prison, and mom wasn't far off from that either. So me and my brother had to grow up on the streets.

What happens when he finds out that this thief is one no other than the daughter of Harley Quinn and the Joker? What makes the girl so special? (I do not own the characters in the book.
