His lips are dominating my own, as his hands travel down my back, and he tugs on my shirt, to release it from my skirt. His hands then caresses my bare skin for a few minutes, before he sits up. He brings me with him, and I'm now straddling his lap. His eyes are filled with lust, and I'm so damn scared, for completely different reasons than earlier tonight. His skillful fingers finds the buttons of my shirt, and he opens them slowly, while I lean back down towards him, to make our lips connect again. I might come to my senses if he doesn't keep kissing me. He tugs the shirt off of me, and his hands run across my bare stomach. He stops, suddenly, and I feel a sharp sting under my left boob. "What happened? Are you..." He trails off, as he looks down at my body, and I stiffen. Holy shit, I forgot all about that. "Ives... What is this?" he asks, and he pulls his hands away from me. 🌹 Ives has just moved away from her overprotective brother and their alcoholic dad to go to college. She is trying her best to put her past behind her, but it keeps coming back to haunt her. In this book we get to know Ives and her new friends as she struggles with her newfound freedom. (This is the first book in the Life series.)

Her brows furrowed. "You look like you have something specific you wanna ask me." The tips of Liam's ears turned red at Emma's very accurate observation. "I, uh... I usually just bullshit my way through projects, so I have no idea what the hell I'm doing." The corners of Emma's lips formed a small smile. Liam arched his brow. "What are you smiling at?" Her smile widened. "Nothing." Ever since Emma started going to Silver Creek High, she's been bullied over her discolored eyes. It all started when a boy brought attention to her in biology class one day, laughing at her and calling her a "freak" while the rest of the class laughed along with him. She never looked at him or saw his face; she just ran out of the room crying. She was now an outcast labeled as a freak and she wanted nothing more than to just disappear. She felt she had no purpose in life. Until her sophomore year when she fell in love with Liam, the guy every girl wanted; the guy every dude wanted to be. He had stolen her heart and she now wanted nothing more than to be with him. Unfortunately, Liam seemed to want nothing to do with Emma. He seemed to be straight up avoiding her. They never interacted for 3 whole years. That is, until now in their senior year, when they get paired up for a school project. The two must put their differences aside and try to work as a team. But as they spend more time together, feelings grow deeper, and secrets start to rise to the surface. Warning: Contains mature language, sex, and topics of bullying, sexual assault/harassment, self-harm, and suicide

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful girl who was unable to see her own worth. She found beauty in the simple things, like roses, kind smiles, good music, and a deep conversation. But she was not simple, so she was unable to see anything worth while about herself. This girl was beaten down by the cruelties of this world, but then she meets him, her prince charming. But can even he convince her of her true beauty? Or will she ruin any good that comes into both his and her lives forever? ----- This is a story about a girl named Jane who is forced to be someone she is not. I wrote this story because I feel like we all have to conform to be how society wants us to be, when that's not who we really are, sometime in our lives. But we all have an escape. Sometimes it's through music, reading, friends, or whatever. Jane's escape comes through a boy named Mystery who helps her grow and flourish who she really is. Please read, it means so much to me because writing and helping others is my personal escape! I love you all so much! It's almost completed! I understand that my grammar is not perfect so please be patient with me because I will fix it someday! ;) *NOTE* This story contains some graphic scenes of self harm and suicide. Read at your own risk. This story was meant solely for awareness.
