This book is about Depression and Anxiety and my ways that I use to help. It will also have shorts stories about how it can feel sometimes. This book may be sad but most of it will be to help anyone who deals with depression and Anxiety. This book may even have some of the things that Depression and Anxiety can make you do and how it feels, so maybe you can better explain it to your family. This book is meant to be helpful and informative but also may have a mix of my writing in it.
