Cora is a well known villain in Gotham, she is known as Little Red Riding hood. Her crazy healing skills keeps her alive, but when she ends up in Arkham asylum there's nothing she can do.
Commissioner Gordon is trying to find the 3 people in Gotham that she kidnapped and hid. And he uses the help of batman to find them.
The clock is ticking and it won't be long until the 3 hostages end up dead.
