"There was a kingdom, full of mythical creatures. Vampires, witches, faeries, and many more. One selfish witch, named Morina, wanted to rule the mythical creatures. She wanted full power over them, and wanted the rest of us witches to be on her side. One day, one of the head vampires, Darius, caught Morina tampering with the tea in the kitchen of his castle. She begged Darius to let her go. He refused. Darius exacted Morina right then and there. Darius soon vanished all of the witches into the outskirts of the kingdom. The other creatures made Darius king. Some of us witches believe that he wanted the power over us as well, and cursed the creatures to make him king. But no one will ever know. As you know, every four years, the witches choose a young witch in the village to join the School of Mortals. In hope to find the Forgetting Spell. It's a dangerous task, however it could save all of us. With that spell, we can make every creature forget the day Morina got all of the witches banished. We can live again with the other creatures. We no longer have to suffer in the outskirts."

44 parts Complete

Shifters never mingle with humans. They reside high in the mountains venturing below only once a year for the night of the Red Moon. They invade the human villages below, take and kill who they want, but they never leave any witnesses. Not before Freya. Season 1 of Cloud Piercer ***** 18-year-old Freya Raune will do anything to find out why the shifters took her brother. And that includes searching for the deserters, an elusive rebel group determined to end the shifters' rule. But as the next Red Moon approaches and the mysterious yet charismatic Killian Li sweeps into her village, Freya is forced to be more careful. Those caught fraternizing with the deserters are murdered, and Killian's arrival is a reminder that nobody can be trusted--even those Freya is closest to.
