Dan decides that he wants to do another of his truth or dare videos since he hadn't done one in such a long time. But he decided to ask Phil if he wanted to join him in his soon to be "now Daniel Howell video"
Phil happily said yes. Dan tweeted "tweet me and Phil truth or dares for a video." Dan set up his tripod, got on twitter, sat down with Phil and pressed "REC."
