"What do you do when you stop running?"
Fenris was used to little else except running. It was always thinking about staying one step ahead, to retain freedom, for survival. Arwen Hawke was the greatest stroke of luck Fenris had ever had in his life, a gift that kept on giving, too good to be true. Fenris expects any day for something to inevitably to happen, this dream cannot possibly go on, but that doesn't stop him from constantly thinking about the damned mage, the peak of irony. The more kindness Hawke showed him, the more Fenris' heart began to ache in wishing for... something. Something he had never experienced, but it drove him to the Hawke Estate one night, almost without thinking.
Perhaps a dream is better than a wish.

This is a Dragon Age II fanfic, mainly this is me getting a little.. creative to the little thing Fenhawke had in Act 2, after a Bitter Pill. If you have issues with that, then take your read elsewhere.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
