Gone

She waited 6 long years for him and he never returned. She made her way with a huge smile on her face to the station where they were to be stopping in and she looked over shoulders and look past heads to search for him. Everyone found their loved ones alive and reunited with each other. They cleared out and he didn't appear. She waited for another hour hoping that he took the wrong train or got off late but he never walked through those doors back into her arms.
