Bill is a boy who has lived with foster parents all his life.Not remembering his last name,everyone just calls him Bill.His foster parents are from a long line of Kirklands,meaning they all have those caterpillar eyebrows.Arthur is the son of Bill's foster parents and is the same age as Bill-both being 14 years of age.
On the other hand,Will Cipher Jones in the third son of the Jones,which is a wealthy family owning 5 star hotels and restaurants all over the country.He is the third of three young men,all being triplets.The oldest is a blonde boy named Alfred F Jones.The second is Matthew Williams Jones,leaving Will.
Will and Bill are from two entirely different sets of families,but will that stop them from falling in love?
