Natalie's whole world falls apart when her sister, Emily gets cancer. Their favorite boyband visit her sister in the hospital, where Natalie and Emily meet their favorite people in the world. Niall becomes friends with Natalie and falls in love with her in the process. However, she can't get over the loss of her best friend/sister which negatively effects her and Niall's relationship. Will Natalie realize what she has before it's gone?
