The first time Keith kissed me, I was very very highly intoxicated. Like, drank an entire 8oz water glass of vodka intoxicated. The second time he kissed me, I was trying to figure out what had just happened, and if maybe I was even worse off than I thought I was. The third time, I felt more sober than I have been in my life. Four years is a very long time to wait for someone, and when it happens, finally, your mind tends to sit up and take notice no matter what kind of state you are in.
