Here is a little Autobiography about myself, and how I overcame my years of self-pity.

Depression knows when to make an entrance, and bring you down. While anxiety makes you scared to fight back and makes it hard for you to excel at day-to-day activities. I know many people understand what it is like to have one parent in their life, and how heartbreaking it is to a child of many ages. As well as teens and adults.
