Alone in Tarturus- A Percabeth AU

What if Percy had somehow been in Tarturus without Annabeth? Percy would show his dark side that we barely, if ever, got to see. Annabeth would not function, and at the same time she would be the most productive she has ever been. Their relationship would be strengthened because Annabeth would have ample opportunity to support him. He would be even more powerful and respected. His relationship with Nico could improve through bonding over their experiences. It would bring a wider arc to the characters in general.
