The year is 2099, and about 60% of the population has inhumanly powers. These manifest after a traumatic moment in their life. James is a 17 year old boy who has transferred to a new high school. Here the school is dedicated to helping people without powers, by telling them how to stay safe around these powered people. The only thing is...is that James has powers. As he keeps it on the down low as hard as he can, he makes friends and struggles through the grade to make it to next year. But he can't keep his true self hidden forever....

Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime has increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls. Few heroes went into hiding to 'play normal'; like my family and I. I live in New Haven City. I've been lucky enough that I don't have powers that attract too much attention --- Everything was going great. Everything was normal. Until Jamie was forced to confront the reality of her situation. The mayor who has been running the NSA was beginning to take drastic measures. Sending many supers off to another island. Stealing their powers. Forcing others to betray their own kind. The victims of these horrific acts are not taking that lightly. Why not make a team of heroes? A team that doesnt give a shit what the NSA or the Mayor has to say. A team of young teens who probably don't even listen to each other. That will save the world...
