Dillon Evergreens is a 16 year old boy who has to move across state's when his mother marries her boyfriend of two year's. Dillon is familiar with the man and his evil, mean, son, that was now his stepbrother.
Strider Hazel is the youngest Mafia leader in the state, he's 19 and run his very own Russian Mafia house. He's feared and well known by authorities, he's a murderer, but cops are unable to pin him to anyway of them, but they know it was his gang. When Strider learns the boy and his mother are moving in he's pretty excited to tease the boy who caught his attention. Strider has feelings for the boy, but isn't sure if Dillon does to.
